Meet Zach
Bennett Backup is not just about technology for me — it is about helping people feel supported by the systems their work depends on.
I built this business to offer small businesses the kind of technology help I believe people deserve: dependable support when something feels unclear, and reliable protection working in the background for the systems they depend on every day.
With more than 15 years of experience working with servers, infrastructure, and complex production environments, I have spent my career helping systems stay reliable, understandable, and well cared for. My work has supported organizations in healthcare, education, manufacturing, professional services, and other real-world environments where technology needs to work quietly and consistently behind the scenes.
Over time, I came to see that many small businesses are carrying more technology stress than they should have to. They are busy serving customers, leading teams, and keeping things moving. They should not also have to become their own backup specialist, network troubleshooter, and recovery planner just to feel confident that things are okay.
That is why I approach this work the way I do. I believe technology support should feel personal, practical, and trustworthy. I believe protection should be reliable enough that you do not have to keep worrying about it. And I believe when questions or problems come up, it matters to have someone in your corner who will take the time to understand your business and help you sort through things clearly.
My wife and I have spent most of our married life here in Kentucky, building our home and our work in the same communities we now serve. With family roots here and a deep appreciation for the people and small businesses that keep this region going, I built Bennett Backup to provide the kind of support I would want for my own work, my own family, and the people I care about.
To me, this work is about more than computers, backups, or networks by themselves. It is about protecting the work people have built their lives around and helping them feel better supported by the systems behind it.
"I protect the systems people build their lives around."
